1 large Room of house with gorgeous furnishings available for short and/or long stays in the sought after Hastings Sunrise neighborhood in beautiful Vancouver: separate living space; utilities/ washer included
*NEW FLOORING AND FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS
Large Windows with a beautiful view of the neighborhood.
Fully Furnished (1 sofa bed and 1 Queen bed, side tables and a coffee table in the room.)
* Kitchen is NOT included. Mini fridge and microwave is provided in the room. We may offer 1-2 meals per day for an extra charge upon guest’s request. Please contact us for further info.
*NOTE*** We ask that guests please BRING their own personal toiletries such as shampoos, hand soap, body wash, towels, etc, as we do not provide those. We provide some toilet paper but extra toilet paper may not be provided and the guest can bring their own if needed.
We will provide a basic bed setup such as pillows, sheets and blankets.
*NOTE: Please keep the place clean and we ask that guests clean up after themselves before leaving. Cleaning the washroom and room after using is one’s responsibility when invited as a guest (as listed in the house rules). Cleaning supplies will be provided.
* Please respect the space and note that noise levels can fluctuate due to the presence of other people in the house. We have children and families that live here so please keep that in mind.
Close to Nanaimo St and steps away from bus stop. 5 minute drive to Commercial Broadway. Convenient for students and roommates looking for easy access to transit nearby.
