Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
Place was fine except the toilet didn't work properly when we arrived. Maintenance took so long to show up to fix it that we were trying to sleep when they came by.

Hotel is clean and modern, in central location. Staff is extremely helpful and cannot recommend utilizing the concierge to book regional attractions, get suggestions on transportation, etc.

Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool.
