"Im großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon der bepflanzt und mit Möbeln ausgestattet war. Für das Frühstück musste man ein Stück die Straße hinunter ins Haupthaus. Dieses war sehr frisch und zweckmäßig. Die Frühstücksdame und ihre Helferin waren sehr bemüht und mega nett 👍👍👍 Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt an der Mosel, im Weinberg und nach Cochem kann man laufen wenn man gut zu Fuß ist...

"Bei der Ankunft gab es bereits Unstimmigkeiten wegen dem Zimmer. Dann hätten wir eins bekommen, aber der Fernseh ging nicht und wir wollten dann und lediglich erkundigen ob wir vielleicht eine falsche Taste gedrückt haben. Dann wollte die Dame von der Info mitgehen und es sich anschauen, dann hat sie die Zimmertür nicht aufgebracht. Wollte uns aber ein anderes Zimmer geben, allerdings sagten wir, dass wir da rein müssen weil da noch etwas drin liegt. Ich bat um den Schlüssel um die Tür selbst zu...
