"After stating there 4 times this was the worst and never again. First day no hot water at all, broken. Offered to move us but already unpacked. Delt with cold water. Day 2, broken elevator had to take steps. Day 4 ant like bugs in 1 bed, moved rooms. Did not offer any discounts or compensation for issues. Will find another place next time. So disappointing, it use to be of higher quality "

"Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive. "

"Property: Fantastic pool (large, deep with diving board) which was cleaned daily. Plenty of space in the kitchen and bedrooms with air conditioning throughout.Location: Beautiful views of Contursi Terme, interesting Italian hillside roads to access the villa (these got easier with experience!).Surrounding Area: Good access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Naples.Host: Salvatore is very accommodating and an impressive pizzaiolo (you must accept his offer to cook pizza in the wood-fired oven!)Overall we had a fantastic week, and our teenage children said it's the best summer holiday they've had! "We stayed here and did day trips to Amaalfi, Positano n Sorrento. Hotel has indoor free parking, good breakfast, very clean rooms n bath, the staff is very friendly & courteous. Its more convenient to stay here if your driving."
