"There was nothing to complain about. Everybody was nice, at the scenery was amazing, and they had all the amenities that one might need including air conditioning in the room which is not a given in hotels in Europe. They had a nice swimming pool with a wet bar. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good. That's the only thing is that in the parking lot spots where pretty tight."

"This was a small quirky hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool area always had ample sun beds. A little bit far out but the hourly shuttle to Verona certainly helped this. We never ate an evening meal in the hotel as we were out every night. The breakfast was a big let down…… very basic but the most annoying thing about it was you had to pay if you wanted anything from the à la carte menu….even if it was a basic omelette!!! We’ve never had to pay 1p more for any items of breakfast and stayed at so many 5 star hotels. This in my opinion really lets the hotel down. Scrambled eggs of a fashion were available in the hotel dishes but looked far from fresh. This may appear to be a minor point but to us it let this rather “different” hotel down. The grounds are beautiful though"

"Property is wonderful..pool is located about 200 ft down a trail abutting a small river, and is very inviting. Fruit and olive trees line the path down to the pool. Main grounds are well maintained with a large grass courtyard with a grove of olive trees in the center. Room was spacious, although “antique-y” in style, bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast, while not extensive, was better than average. Staff was helpful. Parking was sufficient. Neighboring town contained a few good restaurants, and car ride to Verona was about 29 minutes. An excellent hotel choice if you are looking for a place outside Verona, with charm and ease of parking."

"Die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub! Wir fanden die tiefliegenden Fenster super, weil so bei der Hitze die Sonne nicht in die Räume kam. Außerdem sind Gitter vor den größeren Fenstern, sodass die Kinder nicht herausfallen können. Die Klimaanlage, der Garten mit Pool und die Gastfreundschaft runden das Ganze ab. Gerne wieder!"

"The property was just as described. Beautiful inside and out. Had all that we needed for a 4 night stay. Daniela and Marco were the perfect hosts. Absolutely loved the recommendation for the wine tasting near by. We would definitely come back . Thank you x"
