"Valentina and the team accomodated us professionally after a flight delay, by answering our emails and keeping us informed. We booked the apartment a short walk from the hotel... don't be worried when they drop you off by bus, the one-way system is longer than the walk ! Air-con, balcony and close to all amenities like supermarkets -Pan, Aldi, Spar. Would happily re-book for our next Verona Opera season. Also, pay the taxes in advance, it save them and you time, when checking out. And Verona...
