"Stayed in the upstairs appartment which run the length of the building .Very well equipped with washing machine and a dish washer,a welcome surprise. The pool is in a secluded garden location. Negatives Our end bedroom had a strange en suite bathroom arrangement. A screen instead of a wall. A Jack n Jill sink taking up space that could have been used for a toilet and single sink. A bit odd!."

The cottage itself is built against the rock shelter flanking the village, as is typical for the region. "Découverte du Périgord, une grande première pour nous, à pieds et à vélo, découvrir les villages pittoresques en pierres, les châteaux, les grottes, les troglodytes au détour des chemins, s'arrêter au bord de la Vezere, de la Dordogne, écouter le chant de oiseaux et regarder l'eau paisible suivre son destin. S'atabler dans un petit resto sympa. Rien ne laisse indifférent dans le Périgord. Avoir des étoiles plein les yeux le soir en s'endormant dans un chalet pittoresque au milieu d'un parc."
