"Groot en net vakantiehuis. prima vakantiehuis voor 12 personen met zes slaapkamers met elk en eigen badkamer(tje) Ligt niet aan de piste, maar wel dichtbij. Je moet eerst naar de gondel lopen dan met de gondel naar les deus alps, dan nog een stukje door het drorp in en met de gondel naar boven. Was wel jammer dat de welness niet constant gebruikt kan worden. Gaat op afgesproken toerbeurt maar je wil toch graag tot 16 uur skiën. Ook was eerst het stoombad niet in gebruik, die moest gerepareerd...

Seul petit bémol c'est le casier à ski qui manque sinon c'est une très belle expérience, le chalet est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Si nous revenons sur Valmeinier nous relouerons sans réfléchir 😉. "Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
