Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay! "

"This Bed & Breakfast was the best we’ve ever been to. The view was incredible, the infinity pool beautiful, and the room so clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely recommend to others. Getting to the property is a drive up a steep cliff but really with only one curve that is ok if you’re ready for it. I would recommend contacting the property to find out exactly how to get there and not just rely on GPS because you’ll lose service. But it’s absolutely worth it! "
