"From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff was amazing, helpful kind. They even had a little surprise for me for my birthday The property was clean beautiful. The pool area nice clean towels I will say that it would of been nicer if the waiters would come up to you to get order for drinks near the pool are. But they were still attentive for other stuff. The view was nice"

"Great rooms, spacious, clean, and good facilities. The staff are courteous and friendly. A decent range of breakfast options, but dinner at the hotel restaurant was disappointing, especially for the high price. The pool is very shallow and not very welcoming, with no chairs, so if you want to relax outside you must sit on the grass, and leave your stuff there while you swim. The hotel is outside the centre - it's a 30-45 minute trip to the centre including walking to the nearest metro station. It's a 2 minute walk to the supermarket for supplies. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel, but that's the only dining within walking distance (except for fast food)."

"Friendly staff, room was clean, tidy and well appointed. Hotel was perfectly positioned for the Opera House, Royal Palace and Cathedral, all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, eggs freshly cooked for you."

"Excellent hotel room! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Conveniently located near the metro. Great park nearby with a cafe and view of the royal palace. Also quick ride from the airport to arrive at the hotel. While next time I would stay closer to the city center, this hotel suited my needs for my trip."
