    This beautiful house has a total of 4 units with separate entrances. You have full access to the Cozy Studio Unit (Unit A2), which sleeps 2 comfortably. The other 3 units belong to other guests. This property comes with a shared laundry area, and you also have access to our shared backyard.

    Victorian style combined with modern amenities ensures you will have the ultimate guest experience. When you book the studio unit, you can enjoy the cozy living space with comfortable seating to sit back and relax, plus a TV to watch your favorite shows on a lazy evening.

This property is exactly what it seems. Available electronics, wifi, plumbing was good, and the bed was nice. The surrounding area was nice as well, close to the vallejo Ferry terminal. There were multiple shops for food, including breskfast. This place was really cozy, I would definitely stay again. One negative would be the noise that occurred upstairs. There was a note to being mindful of the neighbors, which I believe we followed, but that cannot be said for the surrounding units. The noise seemed to go on through the entire night, into the morning. I'm not sure if it was from other stayers, but that was the most unwanted part of my stay. Other than that, the property manager was very communicative, instructions of checking in/out were easy to follow and useful, and I enjoyed my stay. As stated before, I would definitely be happy to book here again.
