"This property offers large rooms with kitchens and a great pool area. Unfortunately the staff is rude to people who have booked through third parties and very un-accommodating with their pet/ animal policy. The first time we booked a stay at this hotel we arrived and they informed us they could not accommodate our pet despite the website saying they were pet friendly. The second time we stayed we booked direct and it took 30 minutes on the phone with their staff to navigate the variety of random rates and offers they had to confirm our stay. Although the property is nice, the staff and way they operate the property is not great. This property is also right off the free way, so some of the rooms have a good amount of noise."
