"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Total relaxation with great service & amazing food. The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. Rooms are clean, very private & secluded. Staff is always ready to cater to you."

"The hotel itself is spectacular and has great potential. However, although they present themselves as a "retreat," this is the only hotel that I saw that has high-power speakers in the rooms and instructs the guests at check-in on how to use them to annoy the neighbors. "Having a van pick you up and drop you off every time you need to leave the property is a hassle. Restaurant and bar is closed. Extremely dark to walk the pathways at night no light! Rooms are too small for the exaggerated price. No tv, no iron or ironing board. Don’t trust the faucet water there was corrosion and dirt coming out. It’s far from everything and no room service. Only good thing is the pool but way too pricey just for a pool."
