"The restaurant was great. Healthy and fresh ingredients. Great coffee and cacao desserts. The yoga classes are also amazing. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy a yoga session. Instructors are very nice and accommodating. Grounds of hotel are clean with lots of wild life. "

"It’s a very well located hotel, amazing views from the room. Infinity pool is beautiful. We had a corner room and would be nice to have a couch and comfortable chairs in the room. We would definitely return to La Mariposa ."

"Beautiful small family run resort with very friendly and accomodating staff. Bungalows are small but have everything you need. Reliable wifi. Howler monkey come through every morning between 5 and 530am but their howling only lasts a few minutes. Did not try the Chillax restaurant while we were there but it has good reviews. There is a cabinet by the restaurant with silverware, glasses etc where guests are able to help themselves. Staff is happy to show you where it is. Most tours will pick you up right at the resort. "
