"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was older but had everything I needed for a week's stay. The shower had great hot and cold water and good pressure. This hotel was located between Bucerias, and the beach area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of buses ran past every day so there was always a way to get somewhere. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation, but there was a coffee shop and local bar/restaurant right around the corner."

"This is strictly a rental property with no fancy touches. The TVs didn’t work when we got there, they did fix them a week later but were hung from the ceiling so it was hard to watch and very grainy. The “couch” when we got there was a futon bed frame with a lumpy mess of foam, very disgusting. They did bring a new one in a week later though. The BBQ was filthy but when I mentioned it she had someone come over and clean it. It should be thrown out along with a lot of other junk in the back area....

"Our family of four had a great time, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We could access the pool through the balcony and the community is neat and peaceful. The beach (Bucerias) is a short drive away. Overall a nice affordable place to stay."
