"Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights."

"Surprise little hotel in a great location. We weren't sure how this hotel near Bilbao was going to work out, but the location was outstanding, and very interesting. Easy access to Bilbao. Highy recommend it. The hotel restaurant was a little lacking, but there were many other food options. "

"Brilliant location. Room had a mini bar and was spacious. If coming over from Uk/Ireland, don’t expect Tea/Coffee in the room, that not a done thing in most Spanish hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating "
