We rented two rooms both overflowed the shower pans because of poor drainage, the check-in was a miserable nickel and dime experience, in the beds are as old as the City of Paris we could at least update the mattresses to something that aren't a year old where you're just basically sleeping on springs. "It is an okay budget hotel for few days, but rooms and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast can be better. Yet, I like the neighborhood. It is modern, green, accessible, and next to MLK park. "

"The room was excellent and my room was clean each and every day. The staff was ok. Their restaurant was overpriced and their menu is not flexible enough for substitutions. The space in the room was top notch. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is not on the best side of town. There is metro that you can take to the city."

"The check-in and check-out were a little rough. On check-in, the key didn’t work the first 3 times. And on check out, the printer had no paper so it took a bit to get a receipt. The room itself was as described and perfect for what I was looking for. I would stay here again. One front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The men at the front desk could be a little friendlier."
