Good value for the price. It was right by a walking path that takes you easily to the RER station. The staff seemed to take a very long time to deal with things and line was slow but it was fine.

Loved the location, we were close by the transport to the Stadium and to the city, good parking for a great price, really clean room and bathroom. Room is a bit smaller if you have a lot of luggage but again for us it was just enough. Only thing that could be a bit better is the bed, could be a bit more comfortable. But that is just a personal preference.

Stayed 3 nights at Ibis Hotel in Paris and honestly had a really good experience. The place was unexpectedly very clean, the room was spacious, and housekeeping came every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel felt very secure, quiet, and peaceful with no noise at all. One of my favourite things was the view from the window — I could even see the Eiffel Tower from my room, even though it was a bit distant. The room also had a TV and air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave in Paris. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place in Paris.

The room itself and the bathroom were very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has AC which was great for the heatwave. That’s the good stuff. Now for the improvements needed. The hallways need a good clean/change of carpets, they were so dirty. The reception is awful, there was water leaking from the roof. It would be nice if the towels were changed every few days. Our AC was leaking, we put a paper cup under the leak to catch the water. Although cleaning staff saw this, they said nothing and did nothing. The hotel is quite far from the Gennevilliers train station but there is a long path that’s leads directly to it, which is Ok. Now for the worst. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel. When we looked out the window we could see lots of rats scurrying around in the evening. They were huge. Maybe this is Paris, Ratatouille experience all the way.

Very clean, comfy beds, staff are very helpful and polite/ friendly, rooms get cleaned and tidied every day with towel and bed changes when you ask. 10-15 minute walk to a RER station with a 45-1hr ride into tho centre of Paris. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for somewhere outside the centre.

Second stay at this hotel, it’s easy access into Paris and actually there is a cute shopping mall 10 min drive from here which is really good. There’s also a really good affordable bakery near the Aldi close to here. The staff were friendly, and the rooms are decent enough. Walls are a little thin, which can be annoying if you have noisy neighbours! But can’t fault the hotel for the price it’s decent!!!

we were there for three nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable and were more than enough for us to be out and about all day. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. We were just a little surprised that the parking spaces cost extra because this wasnt mentioned anywhere.

Great Stay – Would Definitely Return! I had a lovely stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which more than made up for the size. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station, so bear that in mind if you’re arriving with luggage. One great perk is that there’s another hotel literally next door where you can pop in for dinner, drinks, or breakfast. The staff there were also very friendly, and it was a convenient option during my stay. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The building was a little hard to differentiate from the other hotel in the same parking lot. Taxi and delivery drivers were confused a few times. The wifi had a lot of issues but the hotel next door was accessible for us thankfully. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. More food was available but not put out until we had eaten the few things available. Our room was very clean and the floor was quiet despite being almost completely full.
