Love the location of Hotel Zaci! Easy access to the square, touring, and shopping. Hotel is very clean. Some confusion around breakfast and if they were serving or not.

Gardens and pools and restaurant were nice, they tried to re-create a little piece of jungle on the edge of the city. However, based on the high price of the rooms, we expected luxury accommodations, which it is most definitely NOT. Stick and thatch bungalows provided no barrier from the noisy environment. We didn’t sleep at all because of traffic noises, barking dogs, and loud music all night long. The room are so basic, not even a comfortable chair nor drinking glasses in the room. Very minimal bathrooms. Difficult stairs to upper units. We had booked for two nights, but left after one, because we felt that we literally had been camping….NOT what we had expected. They were adamant about not giving a refund, so we will take it up with credit card company. Their room charges are ridiculous….we paid six times what we paid for any other nice hotel rooms on our trip. Would NOT recommend for older people. Also you can pay a daily fee to use the underground pools, and not have to sleep there.

This place is very run down and it is dirty. The staff is noisy, yelling all over the place. I found the front desk staff very rude at check-in time when I asked whether I could use the bathroom. Stay clear of this place if you can.

Pro: location is good, nice open courtyard, wifi, comfortable bed, hot water was ok but not that warm. Con: rooms are dark and noisy, our toilet did not work we had to fill the garbage can with water and pour it into the bowl in order to flush it, the drain pipes in the shower really smelt awful, window open in bathroom for venting that you cannot shut.

El hotel no cuenta con infraestructura actualizada, se escucha el ruido del exterior y no deja descansar, no hay conectores de electricidad en la habitación, tampoco habia toalla de manos, el wifi estaba tan lento que no cargaba nada. Solo la ubicación es céntrica, pero podria invertirse un poco más y encontrar otro lugar.

Excellent emplacement. Littéralement à 1 minute de marche du terminus ADO et 3 minutes du parc central. Un peu vieillot mais très charmant. La réceptionniste a été très gentille avec nous et nous a indiqué tous les endroits à visiter.
