This apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we reached out to them with questions. It was near an Aldi and two Mercadonas, as well as two bus stops and about a 7 minute walk to the tram station. My only negative was the hot water heater was not working well, even first thing in the morning, or it may just be set to only allow hot water use for a few minutes at time then needs significant time to reheat. They did send out a maintenance worker to repair the issue, but it did not improve the hot water output. If you do not mind taking 3-minute quick showers (or hopefully the owners resolved the issue), then I highly recommend this apartment.
