Apartamento muy bien situado, transporte muy cerca supermercados cafeterías parques etc, muy completo tiene lo que necesites como si estuvieras en tu casa para repetir

Appartamento spazioso con garage

La casa si trova in una zona servita da attività commerciali , verde pubblico e fermate metro e bus. Vicina al bio Park è un buon punto di partenza per visitare le località nei d' intorni. L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso fornito di tutto ciò che può essere necessario al soggiorno. (Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, carrello spesa, piastra capelli etc etc) l'arredamento è un po' datato ed alcune cose vecchie andrebbero rinnovate.

Calme et espace

L'accueil de Melvi a été vraiment chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux avec l'équipement nécessaire. Il est également très silencieux. Les lits sont confortables. L'emplacement de l'appartement permet de tout faire à pied sauf pour aller à la plage où là il faut prendre le bus qui se trouve à 100m.

Très bon accueil appartement propre tout était la savon shampoing produit vaisselle ... L'attention porter a l’accueil des voyageur est peut etre la meilleurs que nous ayons eu. Je recommande sans hésiter.

ideal für Kurzurlaub

Mein Mann und ich waren für einen Kurzurlaub Mitte September in Valencia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Melvi und ihrem Mann begrüßt. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns passend, zu Fuss ca. 25 min, ansonsten Metro bis zur innenstadt.wir haben den Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Grüße an Juan Luis

Well equiped, spacious and convenient

The El Cid metro is only a few minutes walk away and it was so convenient that we never bothered to use the buses. The apartment was clean, with plenty of storage space and even had an electric kettle and toaster. It would have merited a 5 star rating but for an unfortunate lack of communication between the owner and airbnb, who actually manage the property. When we were eventually able to make contact, James (of airbnb) made us very welcome and explained the use of the two bottled gas heaters that are available. Parking at the property is very restricted but there is an underground parking space available on the main street, which runs parallel. A good, quiet location from which to access the centre of the town.

L'appartement est très spacieux, situé dans une jolie résidence avec parking, ascenseur, climatisation et parfaitement équipé. Un seul petit bémol, nous avons été accueillis par une personne ne parlant pas Français, ce qui est gênant pour communiquer et avoir des informations.

Appartement agréable, bien situé dans un quartier calme.

Très bon accueil de Melvi. Très souriante et disponible pour nous renseigner sur les lignes de bus, les commerces et tous les aspects pratiques. Autre petit plus, le petit déjeuner à disposition pour le 1er jour.

appartamento attrezatissimo

L'appartamento è super attrezzato, pulito, arioso ,luminoso e poco distante dal centro. Il quartiere è servito di tutto ciò che serve. Per andare alla spiaggia è servito di autobus che pero' ci mette tantissimo tempo perché è molto lontana. La gente del posto è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cómodo y Acogedor Apartamento en Valencia/ Nice @ Warm Flat in Valencia

El apartamento del Sr. Juan Luis Bernal Marco es exactamente igual como Home Away lo presenta en el anuncio, muy bien localizado, cómodo y acogedor. Llegamos a Valencia un poco más tarde de lo que habíamos pensado y su propietario el Sr. Bernal tuvo la amabilidad de acomodar el horario de nuestra llegada sin problema alguno. La zona es bien segura y familiar. Recomendamos ampliamente esta propiedad y por lo tanto la evaluamos con las cinco (5) estrellas que se merece. La propiedad es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Juan Luis muy atento. A pesar de no estar durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad, se preocupó en todo momento de que todo fuese a la perfección.

Appartement conforme à la description

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par Barbora ( le propriétaire été en déplacement). Nous avons eu des échanges mail avec le propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour et il est tres à l'écoute. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro, de plusieurs supermarché ce qui permet de passer des vacances sans voiture. Parc de jeux proche pour les enfants. Bref je recommande.

Nous avons passé trois jours vraiment agréables chez Juan Luis qui nous a accueillis avec Barbara. Tout s'est très bien passé! Seuls petits inconvénients pour nous: la machine à laver est vieillotte et donc doit être changée, le garage n'est pas dans l'immeuble.En tout cas, appartement à conseiller pour la très bonne position.

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa. Ottima posizione a solo 2 fermate di metro dalla città vecchia.

La casa è bella e spaziosa e si trova al sesto piano di un condominio abbastanza tranquillo. È vicinissima alla metro e la città vecchia è raggiungibile dopo sole 2 fermate. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere di persona Juan Luis che evidentemente era impegnato e che quindi ha mandato una ragazza, Barbora, molto gentile e disponibile, per consegnarci le chiavi. All arrivo Juan aveva provveduto a lasciarci il necessario per la colazione. Tipo arance, biscotti, marmellata e caffè. L unica pecca negativa è stato il boiler il quale il secondo giorno non funzionava più e quindi non andava più l acqua calda. Abbiamo avvertito Barbora la quale e passata la mattina seguente che era domenica e ha chiamato i tecnici per vedere quale fosse il problema. Juan avvertito da Barbora ha provveduto a cambiarlo il giorno dopo perché appunto era domenica, con uno nuovo e per scusarsi ci ha offerto una o due notti gratis nel suo appartamento. Metto 4 stelle solo per questo motivo per il disagio di essere rimasti 2 giorni senza l acqua calda. Poi c è da aggiungere che anche l internet di casa non andava molto bene e non sempre andava. Ma per il resto tutto molto bene.
