Lovely hotel with a beautiful room, good location, excellent reception and very good amenities. Faultless.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. Room was a good size and had character. Safe was locked (by a previous guest?) and we couldn’t use it, and oddly a small section of curtain had been nailed to the window frame - no idea why. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was large and comfortable. Would recommend, we enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We wish it was more. We were greeted in an exceptional manner which was both friendly and professional. The hotel room and facilities are A1! This property was very centrally located within the reach of everything this city had to offer. Staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and ready to solve problems. breakfast was excellent with live kitchen. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will come back.

New very clean hotel. Excellent spacious room and really good shower. Easy parking around the hotel and nice and quiet. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were all so good.

Very new and nice hotel. The room was clean and convenient. Lots of shelves in the wardrobe, which was great. Was nice to have a balcony too. Nearby shopping center offers some nice shopping and dining opportunities. There is also a laundromat if you want to avoid the hotel's pricey laundry service. Rooftop pool was great success with our baby son, it also has nice sunset views. Free parking in front but it is often full, so we parked in the shopping center carpark. Great place to stay.

What a lovely hotel, clean and lovely newly renovated rooms, lovely little bar and pool on the roof with a view of the castle. Parking was available. Will definitely stay again

Excellent location for getting around Alicante and lovely hotel. Rooms large, clean with great amenities. Good breakfast options. Spa pool was nice to dip in but not for swimming. Lovely rooftop bar and view of castle from the pool.

Hard to fault this beautifully-appointed and comfortable hotel. Unusual not to have a full-length mirror in a luxurious room. Breakfast room was overwhelmed by full occupancy. When wifi was too weak in our room they immediately installed a booster, which tells you the attitude to service.
