Old house
The house is very out dated, smells like mold and mildew. The house needs a good cleaning air vents mainly. Location was great for us. Didnt have all the things listed like washer and dryer.

Perfect accommodations for our purpose
Valdosta ifs normally considerably warmer than Atlanta during the winter months making it a good place to get in a round of golf with comfortable temperatures. This rental property perfectly met our needs. It is clean and located near restaurants and shopping. Will rent again.

Something went wrong with vrbo and i had to get the check in code from the owner. The listing should also include the driveway is on the side (not on the property address, which was somewhat confusing in the dark, when we arrived). The property was clean and did meet our needs, however all the mattresses need to be replaced. The beds were our only real complaint. At one point the hot water went out and the owner was very prompt and had it repaired in a few minutes. I would still recommend this house to others if asked.
