What a view !
A fabulous hotel. The view was spectacular and staff & service excellent. Delicious breakfasts and great pool. We had a lovely 4 days there and would definitely stay with them again.

Very nice hotel with the most amazing views of Trapani and the surrounding area, however a bit far out from anything - you need a car. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and very spacious with balconies with the most amazing view. Its location is a bit far out from most things so be aware that you will need a car, 20 minutes drive to Trapani and 15 minutes drive to Erice. Spa treatments are very affordable, and the prices at the bar are not too bad. The breakfast was really good (although I was focused on eating Italian style breakfast rather than any sort of international food). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Be warned and check before you go, they close the road to Erice once a year for a motor race which lasts a week. During this time the roads will be chaotic and you will have the noise of racing cars. Unless you love motor sports avoid this time! The race is called Cronoscalata Monte Erice

Beautiful property The rooms can be renovated for sure but the common areas are perfect And the staff is definitely 5* level Very well organized, customer service is great The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast is beautiful The spa is extra but you can order a bottle of Prosecco in the jacuzzi… priceless!

Not a 4 star hotel.
I feel that this hotel has a lot of potential but seems to be mismanaged. Features and amenities are acceptable but not worth the price per night. I think you can find comparable places for a lot less. It’s not a 4 star resort. I will definitely go elsewhere next time I visit.

We stayed one night and I was so pleased that was all we had booked. There were ants everywhere in the bedroom. Admittedly it is rural but the ants were crawling over the bed. The air conditioning could not be regulated and remained at 25 degrees all night despite 3 trips to reception to ask how to adjust it. In the morning there was no hot water at all. As for the staff - absolutely no customer service whatsoever - not as much as an apology. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed in some lovely places but this was NOT one of them.

Disappointing Stay
Disappointing for a 4* hotel. Check in was very slow, too busy trying to tell us about the spa and for us to book/pay he didn’t even tell us where breakfast was that was included! Facilities were poor, no bar and then when asked for drinks they were very slow. Restaurant service was very slow for dinner and breakfast was very poor unless you like a lot of cake!! Veal meatballs on the dinner menu turned out to be Octapus! Then check out was very slow and was trying to charge us for items we hadn’t had, no print off just throwing numbers our way! View is lovely but sadly the only positive!

Brilliant stay
Got an upgrade to a suite which is excellent. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is limited but didn’t concern us. Lots of services and amenities were not available when we were there like the spa and massage which is a shame. View from the balcony and pool was brilliant. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very closed to Erice.

Amazing view and quiet
The view is second to none. The hotel staff were helpful and quick. Nice quiet and relaxing location. With the pool and eating facilities you have everything you need without having to be in the city.

Quite good, but ...
For the price was expecting more amenities in the room, eg coffee, etc. Room and hotel was very clean and the views are impressive. We indicated a particular room and we got it. Access to the hotel from the main road could be improved as it was full of crevices and holes; this was within the hotel environment. Was disappointed with breakfast on the second day; the first day it was ok, probably because of a bigger group being on tour there. The full breakfast of ricotta, baked tart, local bread with anchovies, eggs, salami, etc was substituted with just ham and sliced cheese. We weren't asked whether everything was ok. The views were spectacular though.

L’hôtel possède une vue magnifique le coin piscine est très sympa mais les chambres sont vieillottes, un canapé plein de taches, des meubles abîmés. La salle de bain laisse à désirer, moisissures dans la douche et une brosse à toilette sale. Il faudrait vraiment un coup de rafraîchissement.

Hôtel correct. Prestations correctes pour le prix. Un léger coup de vieux tout de même en général. L’extraction d’air du restaurant est à revoir. Ça sent en permanence le poisson grillé. Sympa si vous avez envie de poisson grillé, moins sympa au petit déjeuner… Le Spa très quelconque . Là aussi un petit coup de remise à neuf serait souhaitable . Quelques champignons sur les poutres autour du jaccuzi d’intérieur, pas génial quand on est sensé se relaxer sur les chaises longues a côté. Idem dans les douches où les boutons pressoirs sont désolidarisés des murs… enfin, pas convaincu de l’intérêt de prendre les « suites ». Elles sont dans le bâtiment du haut qui donne pour partie sur le toit du restaurant et le bâtiment du bas, alors que le bâtiment du bas, celui des chambres classiques a une magnifique vue totalement dégagée sur la cote.

Don’t waste your time in this hotel
I booked for 3 nights, the personal service was good and the views was amazing but the amenities at hotel was very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel wellness and spa ! First, they charge me 15€ for a birthday decoration which they put only 2 balloons and wrote by them happy birthday and the room smell humidity, the vmc got dust fall on the bed and all the amenities was extra charges which they haven’t mention when you book ! 40€ per person per day for an amount of time! Second we booked for a massage for two peoples, the massage was good but it wasn’t relaxing at all due we can heard everyone passing around. The breakfast was ridiculous, scramble eggs was cold. I could books something less expensive and better for this price in the city. Very disappointed for a birthday trip which also they wasn’t discreet.

Un balcon vers la mer
Magnifique hôtel situé à mi pente de la route menant à Érigé. Vue depuis la chambre ou de la piscine extraordinaire. Même si la chambre est un peu petite le balcon donnant sur la mer vaut tous les m2 !. Restaurant très fin . Service irréprochable. Je recommande .

On a eu mieux pour le même prix
Bel hôtel, belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner. Par contre on entend les chambres d’à côté (chasse d’eau, douche). Insonorisation très moyenne pour notre chambre. Attention il y a deux bâtiments. Nous étions à mon avis dans le plus ancien. Literie très moyenne (ressorts)

Ottimo albergo con fantastica piscina con vista mozzafiato. Avendo due bambini piccoli è stato bello poter avere due piscine di cui una con acqua bassa, ottima per loro. Buona l’idea di dare la possibilità di pranzare a bordo piscina.
