Surprising perks, including embossed towels, Refrigerator with bottled water, fresh milk, butter, and jam, plus a breakfast spread with muffins, mini-donuts, and cafe con leche. "Great modern clean hotel with great room service and dining option. I choose this hotel because I had a rental car and most of the options especially near the Old Town had little to no parking. I was easily able to find unpaid parking at the hotel. It also was a 10m drive to Old Town with some low cost parking garages nearby the historical points of interest. I was easily able to park and walk around Old Town to see all of the sites. I had room service back at the hotel for dinner and the food...

"This is a lovely, small hotel right next to Plaza Mayor; a superb location close to everything and walkable everywhere. The hosts, Rosa and Santiago are the nicest, warmest and most helpful people. A simple but satisfying breakfast to start the day. We will stay here again when we return to this amazing historic city."

"Excellent location. Room was very nice and the bathroom good size. Elevator was helpful but optional. Check in was awkward with their automated entry but once in you switched to manual keys which worked fine. Very convenient to food"
