"Quaint property with a great location. Some of the room needed a bit of a freshening and there were long dark hairs stuck to the bed linens. Normally this would have horrified me but it didn’t feel ‘dirty’, just something that happened. A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the old town sites. "The hotel is in a fantastic position in the plaza ideal for an evening meal and stroll. The hotel itself one could describe as quirky with the 'open plan' bathroom in our room not really to our. choice but that is a personal opinion. "We stayed just for one night as a stopover on the way to Cadiz. The room is extremely well appointed and comfortable. The en-suite shower room was spacious and had all necessary items for a comfortable stay including hair dryer, shaving/make-up mirror toiletries. Bedside cabinets with lamps and power sockets were very useful for mobile / laptop charging. The reception staff we helpful and friendly. All very good!"

"We chose this hotel because the hotels.com website tells us that it has a restaurant, a bar and parking available. Of the three only the parking was provided at a cost. The bar and restaurant are closed permanently. Our room was quiet thanks to the double-double glazed windows and the beds were comfortable however the air-conditioning system was hopelessly inadequate and our room was stifling. I’d hate to stay in the summer months!! The other thing that I will never understand with so many...
