"The property was great!! The property was new, extremely clean, and was close to everything in town and both Gondola's. Despite the property being really close to town, it was not overly noisy. The property is directly across from a ski rental where we rented and the Ski storage at the property was absolutely awesome with boot drying and warming cupboards. Would definitely stay again"

Hotel Oberhofer

10/10 Excellent

"There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff! The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus. Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas. Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here. "

The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. "I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet. I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large! All the staff were helpful and my very limited German was not put to the test as they spoke very good English. "

"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "
