"Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again."

We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). "Location: Great! About a 15-minute walk from the charming downtown of Bressanone and a short drive from some of the most scenic areas of the Dolomites (e.g. Val di Funes). Staff: Superb! Highly professional and courteous. Sasha, the bartender, deserves particular mention--extremely attentive, generous, and accommodating. Hotel amenities: Excellent. Use of the hotels bicycles--for free--was a particular pleasure. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was very pleasant. If there is a small downside to the property it is the lack of air conditioning, which was mildly uncomfortable on one night."
