**For winter: It is recommended to have a vehicle (4X4) and winter tires to get to the chalet.

The property has exterior video cameras to ensure security of the grounds and a noise detector that prevents loud noises and a smoke detector. It is important for us to respect our neighbors, so please note that loud noises and parties are not allowed in the chalet. Any abuse will be reported and we apologize for any inconvenience.
