We spend our first nights as newly weds at Colle Alberti and it could have not been more perfect. Nice and secluded, yet still not too far away from the Center of Empoli. The staff was incredibly nice and the room plus surroundings were stunning.

Beautiful hotel run by a lovely family. Great terrace to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the valley. Delicious buffet breakfast. Rooms fantastic with very comfy bed and lovely sheets.

The setting is absolutely gorgeous! The rustic villas, beautiful gardens and luxurious swimming pools make for an idyllic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring many of the beautiful surrounding Tuscan towns.

First built in 1267, if only the high walls in this historical refurbished boutique hotel could talk. Large rooms and common areas delightfully restored to their former glory, this is an ideal place to venture out and explore all that Tuscany has to offer. We were off season so it was more like a B & B for us with the Ninci family caring for our every need.

Beautiful place for a nice relaxing stay roberta and her family are wonderful and welcoming. A beautiful family dinner every night and beautiful wine from their Vinyard. Very accomodating and helpful with all our requests.

My wife and stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary for 5 nights and had a rental car to visit surrounding towns like San Gimignano and Sienna. It is located about 25 minutes from both towns and has on site parking. Postives : beautiful maintained site, pool, grounds in the quiet country. Staff are very accommodating. Dining area next to pool is amazing. Breakfast buffet is the best we had during our two trips to Italy. Rooms were cleaned daily. Reception staff are friendly and helpful....

Apart from the musty smell in the elevator area this was a cute hotel. Like most hotels in Europe the room wasn't overly spacious but it was clean. It is located right on the Main Street of San Gimignano but we heard no noise from any of the festivals or thousands of tourists. Breakfast was sufficient.
