This 1 BR/1 Bath top floor unit/Penthouse unit has a vaulted ceiling, great natural light and overlooks Ford Park. Walk to everything - just 2 blocks from bridge street and walk to Golden Peak or take the free Wren Shuttle.

Features a bright open layout with vaulted ceilings, Great natural light, a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, AND 1 Queen size murphy bed and 1 full bathroom. The Queen Murphy bed is unique to just a few rooms at the Wren and makes for much more comfortable accommodations for 4 to 5 People.

Balance Due

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received as specified.

Cancellations:

Cancellations 60 days or less from arrival date will result in full forfeiture of funds. Guests are financially responsible for ALL dates of their reservations.


A credit card will be kept on file by the Wren upon check-in for incidentals
