The Three Bedroom Residential Suite is an ideal choice for large family or small groups of friends, with a large living room with queen sofa sleeper, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area and balcony. This 3- Bedroom Residential Suite consists of a master bedroom with one king bed, and two guest rooms with two queens or one king bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and individual flat screen HDTV and DVD player.

Great Experience

Great property and location. We stayed with our family of four for a week and had no issues. Property was as advertised and we enjoyed the amenities including the gym, pool and hot tubs.

Great vacation

The residential unit at The Sebastian was excellent. It's right in Vail village. You can walk everywhere. Ski valet is included and right next to Gondola One. The restaurants and bars in the hotel are great. The unit is tended/cleaned/maintained by The Sebastian hotel because it is one of their residential units so everything was great. Concierge gave us great recommendations. I would 100% stay here again!

Lovely Unit and Location

This unit was perfect for my husband and me and our two adult children. The location was great and we had a beautiful view of the mountain. Communications with the owner and checkin were smooth. We had a couple issues with the fireplace but they were promptly addressed. We liked having access to the hotel amenities during our stay. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebastian! The condo, THE LOCATION, the amazing customer service

Our family had the BEST summer vacation at The Sebastian! The rooms, beds, balcony, baths, LOCATION were incredible!! Concierge/Valet gave us great recommendations on hikes, horseback and whitewater rafting. We will definitely be back, hopefully this winter!!!!!
