Amazing ground floor condo with parking right out front – no stairs!
Full condo, sleeps 6, 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, 864 Sq Ft. This Unit offered this week only directly by owner. Proof of ownership available upon request.
Check in Friday Dec 26, 2025, check out Friday, Jan 2, 2026 -- Condo is only available this week. You can rent for the full 7 nights.
Master suite has king-size bed and private bath with a bathtub and shower. Second bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. 2nd bath is full size. Once a week linen exchange.
Heated indoor/outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, spa, changing rooms and laundry facilities on site.
Fully equipped kitchen with an oven/range, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, linens, dishware, glassware, silverware and cookware. Large kitchen table.
Large flat screen cable TV, DVD player and XBox, with movie/game checkout at the front desk.
Outside storage areas for ski’s.
Eagle Point condo has a shuttle to Lion’s Head lift at Vail Mtn. Also right on the Vail bus line. Stores and grocery shopping within 1 mile.
No pets.
