Newly renovated contemporary private 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in Vail. Convenient and affordable condo located minutes away from Lionshead and Vail Village on the free Vail shuttle that comes around every 10 minutes. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the condo. One deeded parking space available with 1 guest parking space.

Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the master and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. Bedrooms have dressers and closets to store your belongings. Bedding linens and pillows are hotel quality. Laundry washer/dryer is in the condo. Desk and chairs in main room ready for your working needs with dedicated WiFi. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with fully stocked towels and wash cloths.

Enjoy the remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, for all culinary needs to cook meals. High top table near kitchen with stools. Streaming TV with some subscriptions included. Xfinity TV with 140+ channels in main room. Main room outfitted with a comfortable coach, cozy sitting chairs and balcony to view amazing Aspen trees.
