Summer/Fall '26 Calendar just released! Brand new fully remodeled (Summer '24)! This 2 BR/2 full BA condo is ideally located literally just a 2 minute walk to Golden Peak ski school and the Riva Bahn Express lift and only a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola One and Vail Village. 2 on-site parking passes are included in the rental for your convenience. This cute lower level (semi-basement) apartment/condo was fully remodeled down to the studs in the Summer and comes equipped with brand new appliances, a washer/dryer and 3 TV's. With ~ 900sf of living space, the smaller bedrooms and living area are ideally suited to a family of 4 or 5 willing to sacrifice a little space for the convenience of being SUPER close to the ski slopes and walking distance to Vail Village. You are within easy walking distance of all of Vail's world renown restaurants, bars and nightlife. The unit features high speed internet together with a large 65" Smart TV in the Living Room (over 150 channels via Xfinity Cable TV, Apple TV, Netflix, You Tube etc.) plus an additional 43" Smart TV in the Master and a 32" Smart TV in the Secondary Bedroom. The brand new open plan kitchen features a large Island with 4 bar stools and all brand new appliances. The home is well equipped with all of the utilities you need should you decide to stay in and cook at home. There is a small ski room area to store all of your ski & snowboard gear. There is a Dining table that opens up to seat 6 people. A pull-out sofa bed in the Living Room sleeps an additional 2 people. Queen Bed in Master/ 2 Twins in Bedroom 2/ pull-out sofa (Queen). Great value overall. Excellent location and a generous amount of space made this very convenient and an excellent value. The appliances could be more updated (eg the dishwasher and washing machines were old so we were afraid to use them), but overall it’s a great spot.

The property is within walking distance to Gondola one and the heart of vail village. It was clean, looks recently remodeled, and has all the amenities you need. 2BR (Queen, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa. Kitchen and washer drier. 3 TVs and 2 baths. This was he nicest unit of my 4 stays in vail.

Others have done a great job reviewing this place but I will just reiterate that it is a wonderful condo for a summer stay. Easy walk to the Ford theater which hosts dance and music. It's a very short stroll to the main village area and it's wide selection of restaurants. We really liked how close it was to the walking trails up the mountain. If you are coming to Vail to run around and you want a CLEAN 2 bedroom condo that's close to everything this is the place. We parked right out front and left the windows opened all night with no noise or issues. Waking up to cool fresh air can't be beat. We DEF will stay here on any trip to Vail. Plenty of room for 3 and kitchen had everything you could need.

A true gem!

John’s place was perfectly suited for our family of three. From the exceptionally detailed driving and parking directions John provided well in advance to the location, this stay is excellent. It was very clean and well taken care of. The ease of access to the ski lifts, dining, and shopping is great! And with it being a little outside of the main village area, it was very quiet at night. The shower water pressure was strong, perfect for after a long day of skiing! The entry area with coat hooks and ski and pole storage is the perfect size. The fireplace works well and does put off a little heat (and our three month old loved watching the colors change on the fireplace!). The only things to consider are it being on the lower level so you can occasionally hear footsteps and there were a few instances of being able to smell cigarette smoke (not sure if it was people outside or an adjacent apartment). But these were truly not disruptive to our stay and we would 100% choose John’s place to stay at again.

This is a cozy flat with an ideal location. Central Vail's shops, restaurants, and things to do are all between 5-7 minutes walking at a relaxed pace. Outstanding. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. Parking was a breeze, right in front where 2 spaces exist. If these are taken a lot with key card (inside the unit, two key cards on table table) is steps away with unassigned parking. Passes are provided to display in your auto window for either parking location. Btw.. we have a really large vehicle, so don't worry about subcompact parking spaces vs large vehicles if you too happen to have a large machine. This should be no problem and was a surprising bonus in Vail where space typically carries a premium if its even available. Thank you to the owner for such a clean place to pass some time away in beautiful Vail. We never directly communicated with the owner because the parking & check in/out instructions were so clear and thoughtfully laid out that we felt no need for further assistance. Would happily stay again when we return to Vail.
