This newly remodeled, 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bathroom condominium offers a convenient location directly across the street from the Golden Peak Base Area and Children's Ski School. With a favorable ground-level location, it is a breeze to get the kids (and yourselves) out and about in the morning! Enjoy a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the second room, and a king size bed in the third bedroom. Your private patio offers unbeatable access to our newly remodeled pool and hot tub area, where you can unwind after a long day of on-mountain activities.

Please note that this unit does not come equipped with Air Conditioning or an en-suite washer/dryer. We do provide box fans in the units, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.

nice condo, great location

Poperty was clean, check in was easy, pictures are very accurate, the location cannot be beat. The bedding was very comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 stars overall is because the condo is sparsely equipped (minimal kitchen utensils) poorly lit (the bedrooms are very dark and the window coverings exacerbate this issue) and the low ceilings make it feel very dated.
