great location, would recommend

Visited with 5 adult friends for 3 nights. Location is very convenient to Lionshead. Clean and well-equipped with the hot tub and pool just outside the unit. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen is comparatively well-equipped compared to many other rental units we've experiences. Knives were sharp (very rare) and the range vent fan is actually ducted instead of blowing back out into the kitchen. The bedroom layout is a little quirky in that the only access to the room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) is through the queen bedroom, so best if the person/people sleeping in the queen is/are sound sleepers. Overall we liked it and would definitely return if given the opportunity.

For the value the condo was a great deal since we were traveling with a party of 6 and condo could have handled 8 people. The kitchen was not equipped for large groups especially for cups and mugs I requested additional wine glasses and received them within the same day. Our big concern was the problem in bunk room with condensation dripping from ceiling and black mold growing in that area along with behind main toilet. The property looking a litle worn and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs. Good value for the price we paid!! Vail is not a cheap place to stay. Team members were great! Quick to respond to needs which were greatly appreciated.

Everything was clean and pleasant. Good location! Bedrooms were small and two rooms were attached so privacy for the shared room could be an issue. It worked fine for us though. Also know neither bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms. That might be an issue for some. Overall it was very nice and comfortable

Convenient location~clean, spacious and comfortable. Steps to pool and hot tub was awesome! Appreciated having many of the basic amenities available without having to go out and buy them.
