4/10 Poor

"I was going to be checking in after midnight due to a late flight. I called repeatedly throughout the afternoon to let the front desk know but I was never able to get a person on the line or leave a message. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took me a while to figure out how get ahold of someone to check me in. (When the employee did arrive, she was very friendly and helpful, so no complaints there.) The room had a strong odor of old cigarette smoke and the window would not fully close. The WiFi was out during my stay. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. The room was fairly bare bones, but it did the job."

"Great location. Nice, clean facility and helpful staff. Parking caused anxiety but do not be concerned. Not an issue at all. Huge affordable parking directly across street that is even connected by Skywalk. Highly recommend property. Fantastic location at reasonable prices."

"The front desk staff was great, as was the food and the bar. I was really pleased with the room, the bed was very comfortable. I don't love that you can't completely close the curtains/drapes because of the style. The patio are was in pretty poor condition, the benches had worn splintery wood, the garbage was overflowing and some of the tables were covered in storage items."

"We stayed for an overnight on our way home from a trip, while wanting to stop at the MOA, and even though we didn't use the water park here it was still quiet and comfortable (we were on the 8th floor). The food options were nice but Dunkin Donuts was a letdown. There were no munchkins even though the hotel app said they would be available. Plus you have to use the app or the kiosk even though there is someone there at the counter. But the room was good, ac worked great, and there were plenty of carts to carry your stuff up to the room. Parking was a bit much at $20/night but unfortunately that's expected in areas like this."
