We had booked and checked into a hotel at a different location and then found out the pool was not working, we left after being treated poorly. We called Comfort Inn last minute to book a room and they graciously placed us in a room right by the pool. The life guard at the pool was very nice, very clean hotel. Felt very welcomed.

We came to WBL to visit family and were able to get extra wristbands for the pool upon check-in. That evening, our family brought over some take-out dinner and the 8 of us (only two were guests of the hotel) were able to use the breakfast area to have dinner and visit for a while. Both Kimberly and Claudette at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was hearty and tasty and the whole experience was great. We will definitely be back!

We've now stayed here twice, and overall, this is a great hotel for our needs! As a traveling soccer team, it's tough finding a place with comfortable beds, hot showers, and a good pool/hot tub, and hot breakfast…it’s not super-updated but it hits the mark well enough for us to keep coming back. We just have to remember to double-check the details next time—the kids were disappointed the slide was closed during our second stay.

Would have been 5 stars except I feel like this Expedia listing is misleading. One of the main reasons I booked here was for the Waterslide in the pool area, but after I booked I got an email saying the Waterslide is only open certain hours on weekends. My kids were disappointed! Other than that, the hotel was updated, clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Our suite was a very nice size and again very clean and welcoming.
