"Die Zimmer in der Nöhe der Lobby sollten gesperrt werden. Das Personal sollte ja informiert sein, dass die Lobby gerade abends genutzt wird, um sich gemeinsam zu treffen. Dadurch ist der Lautstärkepegel auch sehr hoch."

"Das Hotel ist schon am Ortsrand gelegen, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und die Lage lädt zu Spaziergängen in der Natur ein. Mach dem Pächterwechsel wirkt das Hotel gepflegter als vorher, hier und da wäre ein Update aber schön, beispielsweise bei den Teppichböden oder der Ausstattung im Bad. Das Frühstück ist gut, eher basic, aber auch günstig. Großes Plus: Hund durfte kostenlos dabei sein. Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung ist aber insgesamt gut. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit wieder."

"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"I was quite pleased with my stay here. It was perfect and economical for my purposes. The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. The breakfast has many variations everyday, the fruits and vegetables were really very fresh. The staffs were well behaved and have showed good hospitality. The wellness and spa amenities were top notch."

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück jeden Tag Rührei aus Eipulver, wenig Obst, 4 Apfelsinen für 100 Gäste. In der Sauna zu wenig Liegen. Das Tauchbecken ist...
