"El hotel no tenia idea de que se habia reservado, estuvimos un buen rato esperando soluciones y lo unico que nos decian es que tenia que arreglarlo con Expedia, cuando en realidad la reservacion y la información de la aplicación estaba bien, se les marco con semanas de anticipación para confirmar que todo estuviera en orden lo cual ellos mencionaron que si, el dia del check in, quisieron lavarse las manos diciendo que el error fue de la app, aun cuando se confirmó con ellos mismos que la reservación estaba en orden."

"Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We booked a great deal on our room at Entrevalle Hotel, and honestly went in with slightly lower expectations because of the price. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how wonderful everything was. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, whether it was arranging the jacuzzi, bringing extra coffees and water to the room, or any little request we had, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service genuinely made us feel taken care of. The hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet. It’s the perfect place to completely disconnect from everyday life and just chill. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the rooms are actually really nice — comfortable, well-maintained, and modern. The bathrooms in particular are super clean and recently updated, much better than the photos suggest (they should really update those pictures!). We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Entrevalle Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. Great value, excellent service, and a truly peaceful atmosphere.
