"Cool concept. Their goal is to make it feel like you have the property to yourself (small number of villas, off the beaten path), and they achieved that goal (at least for our two night stay). Spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Howler monkeys live in their part of the forest, and howl in the morning and evening. Solid restaurant. Friendly personalities. Marlon (waiter at restaurant) was particularly personable, great conversationalist. Don't ignore their guidance that a 4x4 is needed to access the property, the road from Uvita to this property is quite steep and slippery."

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this amazing house in Uvita. Before we even got there, Licho, was fantastic. He was responsive and assisted us to set up transportation from the airport, a rental car at the house, a whale watching tour and massages at the house. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and was available anytime as needed during our stay. The house is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable which is nice. The house has plenty of fans and good lighting.The outdoor space is incredible. There is ample seating everywhere. There is plenty of shade. The views are lovely. The pool is the highlight. It is so large and excellent for swimming. There is so much wildlife on the property. Tons of birds and butterflies and geckos. There were visits from toucans multiple times per day. I saw a basilisk lizard and was told when the mangos are ripe there are regular monkeys onsite. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was a magical week."

"We could not have had a better experience. We were much later arriving than anticipated. Sophia was incredibly accommodating and met us in Uvita to guide us up the hill to the property. The property and view are stunning and incredibly private. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We saw toucans and many other beautiful birds from the pool and balcony. Sunsets were gorgeous as well. Sophia and Trina were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We stayed for a week and were not ready to leave when it ended. Please take the advice of needing a 4x4 seriously."

"I can’t even begin to express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The communication was phenomenal from start to finish, and Rolando meeting us to help us make it safely to the house was such a nice touch! The patio was such a beautiful place to spend our mornings drinking coffee and watching for wildlife. We saw toucans, monkeys and big beautiful butterflies. The house is almost entirely screened in so there were occasional harmless bugs that would find their way in that added to our stay and entertained my kids. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Uvita!"

"We absolutely loved this home! We came to Costa Rica with our four young adult boys. This home was perfect for an active family. Michelle was a fabulous host and made our stay amazing. Check-in was very smooth and the directions to the home were perfect. We loved the area because it was a lot quieter than other beach towns. Michelle showed us a remote area to hike to. She had boogie boards and other beach items for us to use, and she told us the best beaches to go to. From the home we were able to hear the howler monkeys, birds, and other wildlife. We saw several two cans of basilisk that lives by the pool, monkeys and we even saw a kinkajou. We loved being in the jungle. The beach was only a few miles away. We will definitely stay here again!"
