"Beautiful town, beautiful setting and location. My only regret was not having more time to enjoy. Awesome amenities and toiletries. Kudos for having the delicious flavored milk vending machine outside the public baths not all Ryokans have it and should be a must. Delicious food, beautiful scenery from the open bath."

"チェックイン時の説明が非常に分かりにくかった。チェックイン当日が台風だったため、前日に旅館に電話し、遅れるかもしれないので夕飯を遅らせられないか聞いたところ、まず一回目は確認して折り返すと言われたが4時間経ってもこず、こちらから再度電話をし夕飯の事を確認したが、あまり遅らせられない、片付けのこともあるしなるべく遅れないで来て欲しいと言われた。台風が来てて交通機関が駄目になるかもしれな いのに全く融通を効かせてくれない事にまず不信感を抱きました。2泊3日だったがの朝食の内容が2日連続同じだったのもマイナスでした。夕飯の時間は早い順で埋まっていくのでチェックインが遅ければ遅いほど早い時間の夕飯になります。またこの旅館に来たいとは思いませんでした。"

"The hotel looks like it needs some renovations but the experience from the staff is beyond what I expected. The front staff helped me figure out how do my laundry and taxis to be able to go to f1. It had a family mart and couple restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the deep bath tub to soak my sore muscles after walking 10 miles!"

"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "
