"Pas de dejeuner inclus comme mentionné, beignes et pommes. Il y avait une odeur persistante de marihuana dans les corridors. Et nous avons eu un probleme de carte pour ouvrir la porte de notre chambre, l’employée de nuit sur place a été fortement désagréable! Donc assez décevante comme expérience à cet hôtel ! "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."

"I was in a non smoking room that had cigarette butts on the floor, on the telephone key pad, ashes on the side on the tub, there were wrappers on the floor, the chair had crumbs in it, the pillows and sheets had stains and snot on them and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. It smelled horrible!! I didn’t even stay! There was no way I would ever stay there. It was so disgusting!"
