"My daughter and I traveled for a gymnastics meet. The hotel is at a great location for food, an amazing mall with lots of kids activities, and Walmart across the street. The staff was so helpful with all our needs..I needed to do a presentation for 2 hours and used the meeting room. The pool was great for our team too! Breakfast was so good and fresh with attentive staff. Would love to go back to this beautiful city! "

"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."

"Good stay, not excellent. Facility condition was average, not great as we have come to expect. Needs updating and remodeling. Small repairs such as for the peeling paint from the base boards and broken tile would greatly enhance the overall appeal. Even the bathtub needed repair work done and there was a strand of hair on the toilet seat. Not a good first impression for cleanliness. "

"Top of bed had several small black hairs on it, opened up the bed and found another long black hair. Dirt, crumbs and dust accumulation at base of the headboard on the ground under the middle nightstand that had to be there for quite a while. Did not sleep well because the room felt dirty 😬. Overwhelming smell of harsh scent air freshener in the lobby."
