"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."

Dirt, crumbs and dust accumulation at base of the headboard on the ground under the middle nightstand that had to be there for quite a while. Did not sleep well because the room felt dirty 😬. Overwhelming smell of harsh scent air freshener in the lobby."

"Desperately needs updating - especially in the bathrooms where the grout is literally black in most places, and you practically sit on top of the toilet paper holder (actually measured less than one full inch from the toilet seat)! Great spacious rooms, but terrible use of space. They haven’t had any updates in a long time and it shows!"
