"Parking was great, not too far to building entrance. Breakfast was made and presented beautifully, something for everyone. Rooms were clean but there was a bit of damage to some tile in our bathroom. Also could use updating the tub and shower faucets. The staff is what would make me book this hotel again. Asha, Mandi and Marsha were the three staff members that helped us during our stay. They were welcoming, accommodating and professionally kind. Also, the gym was great but could use a fan option, gets warm next to the pool. The pool could use less chlorine , perhaps switching to a better alternative. There are way better options now to keep pools clean."

"Breakfast great, we stayed 2 nights and it was exactly the same food, still good, but a change in options would be nice. The rooms are HUGE ! Very comfortable with children. The staff, SO kind and helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool was awesome. Warm and clean, with little cabanas to use for free. The backyard area was awesome too... playground, nice paved Hiking trail to town, really nice basketball court with 2 very easily adjustable hoops, and the front desk has basketballs for us to use. Would definitely come back here again, and I've lost count how many times we've come to Utah. The outdoor pool was one of the best. Warm, gorgeous, clean, with little cabanas that were free to use.... and the "backyard" area... fun playground, beautiful paved walking trails toward town, basketball court with 2 easily adjustable"

"Breakfast was very hood! This hotel is very close to the national park. Rooms are dated. "

"Great location that offers bus shuttle to zion national park. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. Good breakfast and has great views of the canyons. Lot of food options that are walkable. Only downside side is paid parking and the city too offers paid parking for same price but better closer location to the park, so this make this a downside for hotel customers. "
