"Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant and we had to end it early and book another VRBO in the area. The Wi-Fi was not operating and we had to contact the host and correct the problem ourselves while gaining access to a basement area. This is a mountain property and is very cold in the mornings and the heater for the home was not working.
