"I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That is not customer service or wanting your guests to have a nice stay, it made us feel angry and upset. Overall the apartment was pretty, the view amazing and the staff gentle."

No quarto não tem cortina blackout, então o quarto não fica um breu, mas fica escurinho.
Precisa colocar uma placa na porta para ter o serviço de limpeza. Quarto sempre limpo. Não tem condicionador e o shampoo é de sachê, cheirinho é bom. Sabonete é de barra.
hotel é em uma subida, a princípio achei que teria dificuldade de chegar cansada e ter que subir a rua, mas foi bem tranquilo, tem escada ou rampa na rua. A localização dele é otimaaa! Todos na recepção são simpáticos e solícitos. Fechei o passeio do parque nacional com eles. Gostei bastante. "
