It was a four night stay well worth every penny paid! The location is marvellous, the activities (hiking - the trails start at the resort- yoga) that I did were very nice. The spa is just big enough to accommodate every client without felling overwhelmed. There are a sauna and a Scottish shower (both functioning compared to another hotel in Buenos Aires). You can only go one at the time so very thoughtful if you like to be by yourself. The pools are fantastic too! You can see from their pictures. It is what is shown. The staff is very nice. Always wanting to help you. We even got a complementary late check out! What a nice stay!! I recommend a 100%!

This was such a luxurious relaxing stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The surrounding hiking trails were great and the amenities were incredible. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

El hotel es bellísimo sin embargo hay cosas que podrían cambiar por ejemplo el desayuno es todos los dias lo mismo, hasta el acomodo de los platillos es igual, en una cena pedimos una botella de vino que nunca llego, nos dieron unas copas como disculpa sin embargo quedo el mal sabor de boca. Lo recomiendo ampliamente pero siempre se puede mejorar

Amamos nossa hospedagem! Equipe extremamente atenciosa e hotel lindíssimo. A piscina é maravilhosa. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Pontos que fizeram diferença: - Van gratuita do hotel pro centro da cidade, praticamente de hora em hora. Volta também. - Quartos com roupão e pantufas. No começo parece estranho andar de roupão pelo hotel, mas todo mundo faz e é orientado a usar pra ir na piscina. - Observatório no último andar com vista 360°. Imperdível! - Parte interna do hotel é aquecida. Dica: leve roupas mais leves pra usar nos restaurantes e no café da manhã. Jantamos algumas vezes no restaurante La Cravia e a comida é maravilhosa demais. Voltaríamos com certeza!

Our stay at Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. The hotel is spectacular, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and the surrounding mountains. It is the perfect place to experience the beauty of Patagonia while enjoying world-class comfort. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and luxury. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, with an impressive variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options. We also loved the spa, the infinity pool, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Arakur exceeded all of our expectations and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip to Ushuaia. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience. We can’t wait to return!

Sem comentários a experiência de se hospedar nesse hotel, a única coisa que eles poderiam fazer como o jantar de ser buffet livre no almoço tb, e finalizar as paredes externas onde fica a piscina aquecida externa, está sem finalizar e as fotos ficam feias. O resto, não tenho o que dizer, atendimento impecável, quarto impecável, higiene impecável, experiência única e quero voltar com certeza

Excelente hotel, boa infraestrutura, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa, paisagens incríveis vistas da áreas da piscina, academia e restaurantes. Grande disponibilidade de programação para os hóspedes. Não deixe de fazer as trilhas na propriedade do Arakur. Importante destacar que o Arakur fica a cerca de 20 minutos do Centro de Ushuaia, portanto é relativamente longe para ficar ir e vindo caso tenha muitos programas na área central. Em termos de possíveis aprimoramentos, seria bacana se colocassem uma máquina de cafés para ser usada no café da manhã. Também poderia ser disponibilizada uma máquina em área comum para encher as garrafas de água.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel e a terceira que viajo para ushuaia. Para mim, é disparado a melhor opção. Apesar de ser um estilo hotelzão, o serviço é cuidadoso, o café da manhã bastante diversificado, as acomodações são perfeitas e conta com um bosque em uma reserva natural, imperdível. Surreal define esse hotel! Não é uma hospedagem somente e sim uma experiência . É tudo maravilhoso ,quarto super aconchegante com vista de tirar o fôlego ,inclusive no hotel inteiro tem áreas com vista . O staff super atencioso e solicitos . A atendente Ema ,um amor de pessoa . O hotel é excelente! Os funcionários muito gentis e solícitos , em especial a Gabriela que nos ajudava no café da manhã. O café da manhã contém muitas opções. Quanto à localização, apesar de ficar fora da área central, tem-se uma vista privilegiada, com transporte disponível quase que de hora em hora. Restaurante com pratos muito bem preparados também. Piscina aquecida interna e externa .
